Farewell to Priest Onana Lambert
Priest Onana Lambert, born on June 3, 1954, in Mebomezoa in the South Region of Cameroon, passed away on February 12, 2025, on the eve of his retirement from the church. His unexpected death plunged the congregation into shock and complete dismay.

Our brother in Christ was an exceptional man. He participated in the training of many Cameroonians in both formal education and spiritual education until his death.

A senior official in the Cameroonian administration, he served as a teacher in several secondary schools, then rose to positions and responsibilities as a high school principal and national education inspector.

On October 18, 1995, he became a member of the New Apostolic Church by receiving the sacrament of Holy Sealing. After his ordination as a Priest on April 13, 1996, by lead Apostle Volker Kühnle, he served several communities, including Deido, Mendong, Mfou (as community rector), Bertoua (Eastern Cameroon, in a newly established community), Ebolowa, and finally Ekounou-Yaoundé.

His exemplary disposition to serve the Lord and His Work remains unforgettable in our hearts and inspires eternal gratitude.
